William Frederick Sneed, 67, affectionately known as "Fred" or "The Fuzz," was ushered into heaven on Tuesday evening, June 12, 2018, at Hospice of Greensboro's Beacon Place following a long battle with multiple myeloma, diabetes, and kidney failure.
